- Material Testing
  
  All material and trims need to make test when sampling, in case any risk for production, effect the final quality and delivery.
- Self Quality Control
  
  During each process of production, each employee can support to quality control and reflect problems to product manger.Specially for sampling stage, not leave any problem for production.
- Cutting
  
  Cut fabric by patterns exactly. Build numbers to match all fabric in case any color difference between different roll. Strict fabric checking before Cutting to guarantee fabric quality firstly.
- Needle Inspection
  
  Our factory strictly recycles and report the broken needles. We also have needle testing machine to support testing.
- Pre-Production Sample
  
  Before production, we make one piece of pre-production sample to finally check the customers’ requirements and detail.
- Finished Product Quality Control
  
  After finished production, all products must be tested strictly from material, size to packaging.
- Inspection During Production
  
  During production, each process has own QC to test the sewing craft and measurement to minimum mistakes. There are responsible man will make 3 stages inspection, starting production - starting finished garment - 80% finished garment, which will have inspection report.
- Random Checking During Packing
  
  When clothing finished sewing, our QC team or customers' own inspector, third party, would do large randomly sampling inspect and test from fabric, accessories, size to label and tag including all packing details.
